NEW YORK STATE BOARD ON ELECTRIC GENERATION SITING AND THE ENVIRONMENT ISSUES PRELIMINARY APRIL 9, 2020 AGENDA

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will hold its next Siting Board meeting beginning at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, April 9, 2020, in the 19^th Floor Board Room of its offices located at Three Empire State Plaza, Albany. The Siting Board is meeting to consider petitions for rehearing filed in the Bluestone Wind proceeding. TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL COMMUNITY SPREAD OF COVID-19, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO OBSERVE THE SESSION VIA WEBCAST, NOT IN PERSON.
