RFK Bridge Harlem River Lift Span Full Closures for Scheduled Testing

No Closures on Weekends

Full closures of the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge’s Harlem River Lift Span are scheduled during weekday early morning hours from Tuesday, November 5, through Friday morning November 22, from 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. for testing of the lifting mechanism of the bridge. There will be no closures on weekends.  

Signage will be in place to guide motorists to the detour, but motorists should allow for additional travel time or consider an alternate route.
