FARMINGTON, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present over-sized prize checks to the Rochester area’s newest Lottery millionaires. The winners include a truck driver from Rochester who won $1,000,000 on the Cash X60 scratch-off game, a Hamlin man who won the $1,000,000 top prize on the Win $1,000 a Week for Life game, and a retiree from Lyons who won the $1,000,000 second prize from the January 16 Powerball drawing.
