New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner RoAnn M. Destito today announced a public auction for a state-owned former group home at 12826 State Route 39 in Perrysburg, Cattaraugus County will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15. The auction will take place at the Western New York Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office, 11754 Main Street, with registration beginning at 9 a.m.

12826 State Route 39 in Perrysburg is a 1,288-square-foot, single-story, ranch-style home with a living room, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room. There is a deck with a gazebo on it, a large barn in poor condition, and a pond. The house is situated on a 7.52-acre property approximately 16 miles east of Lake Erie and 46 miles south of Buffalo.
