PURSUANT to the Open Meetings Law, the New York State Department of Labor hereby gives notice of the following:

The Wage Board appointed by State Labor Commissioner Peter M. Rivera will meet on Monday, September 15, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in Classrooms A, B, D and E in Building 12 at the W.A. Harriman State Office Campus in Albany.

The purpose of the meeting is for Wage Board members to hear the Commissioner’s Charge to the Board and set up a calendar of public meetings and hearings. The meeting is open to members of the public; however, no public testimony will be taken at the meeting. A schedule of public hearings will be announced following the meeting.
