New York State Inspector General Lucy Lang and Richmond County District Attorney Michael McMahon will be joined by the United State Postal Inspection Service, Homeland Security Investigations, New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, and the New York City Police Department to announce criminal indictments in connection with a large-scale fraud scheme involving a Queens-based driving school and three employees of the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles.
