Access to Bronx-bound Henry Hudson Bridge Closed Sunday Morning for NYC Triathlon

The northbound lanes of the Henry Hudson Parkway leading to the upper level Bronx-bound Henry Hudson Bridge will be closed Sunday, July 16, 2017, between 4 a.m. and noon for the biking portion of the NYC Triathlon.  One southbound (to Manhattan) lane on the lower level of the bridge will remain open during this period.

Bicyclists will travel up the Henry Hudson Parkway from West 79th Street, cross the Henry Hudson Bridge, exit at Mosholu Parkway, make a U–turn at West Gun Hill Road and return southbound along the same route.

The West Side Highway will also be closed northbound from West 56th Street to the Henry Hudson Bridge.

Motorists should use an alternate route during this period and expect delays.
