SYRACUSE – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will be at the Great New York State Fair to award a Waverly man with his $1,000,000 scratch-off prize. Central New York’s newest Lottery millionaire won his jackpot while making a last minute stop for two bags of ice he had forgotten to buy earlier in the day.
