Frankfort Resident to Compete on Premier Episode of MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB™ TV Game Show

Episode featuring Herkimer County resident to air on Sunday, March 29 on WCWN

SCHENECTADY, NY - Sharon Pizer, a New York Lottery player from Frankfort, Herkimer County, is among a group of lottery players from around the country who will compete for up to $1,000,000 in the debut episode of the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB™ game show to air locally at 8 p.m. on WCWN (CW) TV on Sunday.

Pizer, who works as a cashier, won a trip to Las Vegas and the chance to appear on the nationally syndicated game show last year as the result of a second-chance drawing related to New York’s limited–time MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB multi-state  drawing. She and other MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB players representing 23 different lotteries took part in the show’s inaugural taping. Her good fortune continued when she was randomly selected from the studio audience to play a series of games to win cash and other prizes, culminating with a final round offering a grand prize of $1,000,000.

Actor Billy Gardell (“Mike and Molly,” “You, Me and Dupree”) serves as the host of the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB game show.

Other New Yorkers will have an opportunity to appear on future episodes of the game show through the purchase of a MONOPOLY MILLIOANIRES’ CLUB scratch-off ticket featuring a top prize of $200,000 and subsequent entry of an exclusive game code into an interactive second-chance drawing available at www.playmmc.com.
