What: New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos will be joined by state agency and authority partners, elected officials, and representatives from labor, environmental, and environmental justice groups, to make an announcement regarding New York’s share of settlement funds from the Volkswagen emissions cheating scandal.
