Eleven Companies Receive New York State Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification

Office of General Services Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 11 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

  • Acorn Entities LLC, located in Canastota, NY, provides junk removal.
  • Greek to Me Restaurant LLC, located in Tonawanda, NY, is a food service provider.
  • Strategic Medical Training LLC, located in Briarwood, NY, provides emergency medical training.
  • H&H Service Company Inc., located in Mechanicsburg, PA, provides HVAC services and supplies.
  • Kayla's Place LLC, located in Monticello, NY, specializes in mental health services.
  • David Reininger, located in Farmington, NJ, is a graphic designer that provides marketing services.
  • Beginning of Longevity Achievement Culture and Knowledge LLC, located in Bronx, NY, provides building facility services.
  • North Edge Construction Services LLC, located in Tonawanda, NY, provides construction services.
  • MCGR Enterprises LLC, located in Cicero, NY, is a lighting distributor.
  • MoxBeacon LLC, located in Montour Falls, NY, is a cannabis dispensary.
  • Project 850 Notary LLC, located in Newark, NJ, provides fingerprinting and investigative services.
  • Topgallant Partners LLC, located in Londonderry, AL, are cyber security consultants.


The Division was created in May 2014 with the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 977 certified businesses.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
