What: Celebrate State Parks Day at the NYS Fair

Where: State Park at the Fair,  NYS Fairgrounds, Syracuse, NY

When: Thursday, August 22, 2024. Commissioner Simons will be available between 11am - 1pm.

In honor of the agency's 100th anniversary in 2024, Thursday, August 22 is being designated "State Parks Day" at the NYS Fair. The special day includes free one-day admission to fairgoers who present a Parks pass at the gates.

Join Commissioner Simons at the State Park at the Fair Visitor Center (Located between Chevy Court and the Horticulture Building) to learn more about the Centennial and exciting ways to celebrate throughout the year.
