MEDIA ADVISORY: MTA to Unveil First Customer Service Center in the New York City Transit System


Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) leadership will unveil a first-of-its-kind, dedicated customer service center opening in the New York City subway at Coney Island-Stillwell Av station featuring staffed OMNY assistance, digital monitors displaying service information, and online kiosks for customers to access MTA resources – one of three such facilities opening in the system today.
