Rockland County Man Wins $2,500 A Week For Life Lottery Prize

SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Gretchen Dizer will present an over-sized prize check to a Spring Valley man who took his Lottery luck for a spin at a neighborhood laundromat and walked away $1,000,000 richer thanks to a New York Lottery scratch-off ticket. The check presentation will take place at the deli where the winner purchased his top-prize winning ticket.
