New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Rose Harvey will welcome local middle-school students to Schuyler Mansion State Historic Site and remind New Yorkers that the agency is offering grants to public schools to fund field trips to state parks and historic sites for environmental, science, history and physical education programming.
