Javits Convention Center, to offer rail customers special discounts with a combined ticket option. The package is part of the LIRR’s 2018 New York City Getaways and includes discounted round-trip rail to Penn Station – about a 15-minute walk from the Javits Center -- and admission to the New York Boat Show, adding up to significant savings of up to 35% off. Travel Information from Penn Station: Address: Javits Center, 34-39th Streets & 11th Avenue Once you arrive at Penn Station, the Javits Center is a three-block walk west to 11^th Avenue.
