Letter from NYC Transit President Byford to Thales Regarding Disruptions on 7 Line
MTA New York City Transit President Andy Byford issued the attached letter to Thales, a vendor, reacting to disruptions on the 7 line attributed to Thales equipment.

Also attached are photos of the type of equipment in question, both before and after the installation of a polyurethane weatherproofing cover.
