The New York Lottery today announced a top prize winning ticket for the October 22 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at Chanatry’s French Market. The winning ticket is worth $62,683.50.

In addition to the $62,683.50 top prize for the October 22 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 242 players each purchased winning tickets worth $388.50 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 88,035 TAKE 5 winners for the October 22 drawing.

The winning numbers for the October 22 TAKE 5 drawing were 05-08-12-31-37.

The winners may claim the tickets at Vernon Downs Casino at 4229 Stuhlman Road in Vernon, NY 13476 or at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Syracuse office at 620 Erie Blvd. West, Syracuse, NY 13204. To learn more about how to redeem a prize, click here.
