PATCHOGUE, N.Y. -- The New York Lottery today announced a top prize winning ticket for the April 30 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at Super Deli Food Mart at 305 Waverly Avenue in Patchogue. The winning ticket is worth $33,222.50

A second top prize winning ticket also worth $33,222.50 was sold at Monroe Jiffy in Monroe, Orange County.

In addition to the $33,222.50 top prize for the April 30 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 201 players each purchased winning tickets worth $495 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing.  In total, there were 83,669 TAKE 5 winners for the April 30 drawing. 

The winning numbers for the April 30 TAKE 5 drawing were 08-13-15-34-37.

The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing. 

The winners may claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803 or at Resorts World Casino New York City, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11420.
