Winning the Lottery is Fun at Any Age: NY Lottery to Introduce Eight New Lottery Millionaires Ranging in Age from 21- to 75-Years Old

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega and Jenny Garcia will officially present over-sized prize checks worth at least $13,500,000 to:

  •  A 21-year old from Bay Ridge who won at least $1,500,000 on the $1,500 A Week For Life scratch-off game;
  • A telecomm technician and his wife from Bensonhurst who split a $5,000,000 Maximum Millions scratch-off prize;
  • A retiree from Brooklyn who also won a $1,000,000 Powerball 2nd prize.
  • A Rockefeller Center security guard from Astoria (originally from Guyana) who won $3,000,000 on the King’s Ransom scratch-off;
  • An aircraft maintenance manager from Bayside who won a $1,000,000 Powerball 2nd prize;
  • A retiree from Annadale who won $1,000,000 on the Ruby 2s scratch-off game; and
  • A retired construction worker from Mount Vernon who won a $1,000,000 Sweet Million jackpot.
