New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment Issues Final March 26, 2024 Agenda

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet on Tuesday, March 26, at 2:00 p.m., in the 19th Floor Board Room of the Department of Public Service’s (Department) Albany office, located at Three Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, and the 4th Floor Boardroom of the Department’s New York City office, located at 90 Church Street, New York, New York.  The purpose of the Siting Board meeting is to consider a request by Eight Point Wind, LLC (EPW) to amend Appendix A (the Sound Testing Protocols) of the Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need that was granted to EPW in Case 16-F-0062; and to consider a petition for rehearing that was filed by Cattaraugus County on December 19, 2023, in Case 17-F-0282.
