Office of General Services Acting Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 7 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

• Morgan Kemp Accounting LLC, located in Corning, NY, provides accounting and financial services.
• 4Holders LLC, located in Franklin Square, NY, provides construction and project management services.
• C3G-Solutions LLC, located in Marco Island, FL, is a healthcare benefit and human resources consultant.
• Rammstein Properties LLC, located in New York, NY, is a rental property provider.
• Ohmega Electric LLC, located in Shirley, NY, is an electrical contractor.
• Snide's Towing, Plowing, and Landscaping LLC, located in Watertown, NY, provides motor vehicle towing and landscaping services.
• BioArmor LLC, located in Charlotte, NC, is a medical and health care supplier.

The Division was created in May 2014 with the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 920 certified businesses.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
