The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present a $1,000,000 ceremonial prize check to a Binghamton man at the Mirabito where he purchased his life changing 88 Fortunes scratch-off ticket.  The lucky winner used money he won on other Lottery tickets to purchase his jackpot winner.
