MTA Chairman Foye to Appear Live on 1010 WINS

MTA Chairman and CEO Patrick Foye will appear live on 1010 WINS with Brigitte Quinn to discuss the phased reopening of subways overnight and the MTA's call for 1,000 additional NYPD officers to patrol transit. This is a live appearance and the time is subject to change.
