What: The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will host a virtual media availability with big game biologist Jeremy Hurst to provide a forecast of the upcoming deer and bear hunting season in New York’s Southern Zone.

With thousands of hunters expected afield this fall, Hurst will explain what they can expect for this big game hunting season.
