WHAT:   Closing Arguments --IGHL “Fight Club” Bench Trial before the Hon. William J. Condon, Supreme Court- Part 3

WHO:  Defendants Erin McHenry (DOB: 6/29/85) and Stephen Komara (DOB: 1/20/56) are being tried on Felony counts of Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person.  The defendants are alleged to have instigated a fight between two people with developmental disabilities in their care between October 15, 2013 and November 18, 2013 while employed by the Independent Group Home Living Program (IGHL) in Southampton, NY.

Judge Condon will render a verdict on Friday, December 18, 2015

Case is being prosecuted by NYS Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs Deputy Special Prosecutor Jacqueline Kagan.
