Top 25 New York Lottery Retailer: Vikram Patel of Jackson Heights Stationery received a Top 25 Retailer certificate from the New York Lottery. Jackson Heights Stationery at 75-23 31st Avenue, East Elmhurst was one of the Top 25 retailers with over $3.2 million in Lottery sales in fiscal year 2013-2014. (See photo below.) |
