The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation will join the City of Albany to break ground on a critical $12.9 million lead service line replacement project funded by state and federal investments. It’s the first project to get underway with Governor Kathy Hochul’s $100 million grant initiative to get the lead out without overburdening local ratepayers.
