Office of General Services Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 9 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

• Orange County Disposal LLC, located in New Windsor, NY, specializes in hazardous waste treatment and disposal.
• VasCoUSA LLC, located in Buffalo, NY, is a sewage treatment facility.
• Travani Construction LLC, located in Carthage, NY, is a flooring contractor.
• OPSEC Construction LLC, located in Pearl River, AL, provides general construction services.
• EMS Training LLC, located in Bronx, NY, provides medical training.
• WaceTalk LLC, located in Hicksville, NY, manufactures consumer-friendly assistive technology.
• Outcast Growers LLC, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, specializes in cannabis.
• Harmer Structural LLC, located in Fulton, NY, is a structural steel and precast concrete contractor.
• Lifeforce Services LLC, located in Bronx, NY, provides home health aide and medical support.

The Division was created in May 2014 with the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. 

The Act promotes and encourages participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
