Saratoga Spa State Park North – South Road Paved Trail Ribbon Cutting

Who: NYS Parks Executive Deputy Commissioner Tom Alworth, Regional Director Alane Ball Chinian and special guests including:

  • Assemblymember Carrie Woerner (D-Round Lake/Dist. 113)
  • Saratoga/Capital Region Parks Commission Chair Heather Mabee

What: Join the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation as they celebrate National Trails Day by officially opening the North-South Road section of the Roosevelt Drive Corridor Trail. This ½-mile addition creates a new pathway for guests, moving them off a heavily trafficked road that connects the Roosevelt Drive corridor and Avenue of the Pines with the East West Road.
