State Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner Joe Martens will make a major announcement regarding the Maurice D. Hinchey Catskill Interpretative Center, along with elected officials, area residents, the Friends of the Catskill Interpretive Center and other local partner groups.

            The Commissioner will lead a group of bicyclists on a scenic ride prior to the announcement.

WHAT:          DEC Commissioner Joe Martens will start the day’s events with a 22-mile ride, leaving from and arriving back at the Catskill Interpretive Center
