WHAT:           Groundbreaking for playground transformation project

The P.S. 152 / 315 Community Playground transformation was designed by students, staff, parents, and community members through The Trust for Public Land’s NYC Playgrounds Program. The playground transformation is part of Governor Cuomo’s Vital Brooklyn initiative – to increase access to open space, recreation, and healthy food; create better jobs and schools; prevent violence; and enhance resiliency. Partners, school children and community members will break ground to launch the transformation of the asphalt lot at Monday’s ceremony.
