The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega and Anna Lichorat will present $2,000,000 to the Capital Region’s newest Lottery millionaires.  The winners include an Albany man that won the $1,000,000 jackpot prize on a New York Poker scratch-off ticket and a Ballston Spa woman that won the top prize on the new $1,000,000 Mayhem ticket.
