New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Region 3 Director Kelly Turturro and elected officials will recognize Bethel Town Supervisor Daniel Sturm and Town of Tusten Supervisor Carol Ropke Wingert for actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build climate resiliency.
