PHOTOS and VIDEO: MTA Begins Major Switch Replacement Work on Lexington Ave 4-5-6 Line to Improve System Reliability

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) began a major switch replacement and an array of other improvement projects on the 456 lines on Monday, Aug. 10, 2020. The project will lead to improved reliability and better service throughout the lines in Brooklyn, The Bronx and Manhattan. See the press release to learn more about the project.
