Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Recruit Apprentices |

Albany, NY (January 29, 2021) - The Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) for Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers, Local Union #2, will conduct a recruitment from May 5, 2021 through April 29, 2022 for eight Bricklayer, Mason and Plasterer apprentices; eight Pointer, Caulker and Cleaner apprentices; two Tile Setter (3Year) apprentices; and two Tile, Marble and Terrazzo Finisher apprentices, the New York State Department of Labor announced today. Please note that the openings listed for apprentices represent the total number for three recruitment regions - the Capital District, Mohawk Valley, and North Country regions of the state. Applications can be obtained at JATC for Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers, Local Union #2, 302 Centre Drive, Albany, NY or at the Eastern Contractors Association, 6 Airline Drive, Albany, NY, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, during the recruitment period.
