The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will be back at the Lottery’s headquarters in Schenectady to present another Capital Region resident a $1,000,000 prize check. The Schenectady County woman won the $1,000,000 jackpot on a Lady Luck 7 scratch-off ticket.
