The New York Lottery’s Gretchen Dizer will present a Prattsburgh, Steuben County man with a $2,600,000 ceremonial prize check at the store where he purchased his jackpot winning Lotto ticket. The weekly Lotto player’s one dollar Quick Pick ticket was the only ticket statewide to match all six numbers drawn on September 14.
