DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos and Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini Announce Results of Investigations Into Illegal Construction and Demolition (C&D) Debris Dumping on Long Island


New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos will be joined by Environmental Conservation Police Officers (ECOs) and Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini to announce the results of an 18-month investigation into illegal construction and demolition (C&D) debris dumping on Long Island, coined Operation TrashNet.

 

The crackdown focused on a number of investigations, including the dumping of illegal C&D materials at Brentwood North Middle School.
