Commissioner Rose Harvey welcomes school groups and visitors to the new Creekside Classroom that will provide a space for the park’s environmental and docent programs. The announcement will also include news about the second year of the Connect Kids to Parks Field Trip Grant program.

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation oversees more than 250 parks, historic sites, recreational trails, golf courses, boat launches and more, which are visited by 69 million people annually.
