Ride Metro-North to Putnam County Wine & Food Fest, August 6 and 7

Save $10 on Admission and Take Free Shuttle to Venue from Southeast Station

 

The sixth annual Putnam County Wine & Food Fest will showcase renowned wine producers, world-class culinary professionals, great food, arts and crafts, fresh produce, and local and international musicians.  Customers can take Metro-North’s Harlem Line to the Southeast station to connect with free shuttle buses to the venue that will be scheduled throughout the festival hours on both days.
 
Bring the lawn chairs, grab a blanket and let Metro-North take you to a day of great summer entertainment. This family friendly event will be taking place at the Beaver Creek Equestrian Center in Patterson, New York on Saturday, August 6 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., and on Sunday, August 7, from 11a.m. until 5 p.m.  
 
Customers who use Metro-North's promotional code MNR2016 when purchasing event tickets online until August 4 at 11 p.m. get $10 off the price of admission. Customers must show their Metro- North train ticket receipt to receive the discount.

Sit back and listen to music ranging from blues, to pop to jazz, while indulging in delicious bites from a variety of food trucks and specialty vendors.  Sample some of the region’s best wines, spirits and ciders or sip a cold craft beer at the venue’s beer garden.  In addition to a cooking demonstration by celebrity Chef Johnny Ciao, the event offers children’s activities, arts and crafts, and home goods.
