What: New York State Housing and Community Renewal (NYSHCR) Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas will lead a guided tour of Sodus Point Beach Park project Site. Wayne County is receiving an estimated $41 million in state funding through Governor Cuomo’s Lake Ontario Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative (REDI) for 10 REDI projects like the Sodus Point Beach project. Who: NYSHCR Commissioner Visnauskas will be joined by Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Region 8 Director Paul D’Amato and local elected officials and other stakeholders.
