Five Companies Receive New York State Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification

Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following five businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

  • Dale Carnegie Training, located in Rochester, NY, provides professional and management development training.
  • Org-ology Inc., located in New York, NY, is an organizational development consultant.
  • Otsego Media LLC, located in Oneonta, NY, specializes in photography and videography.
  • Sussurratore DC LLC, located in Carthage, NY, is a management and technical logistics consultant.
  • Drummond Carpenter PLLC, located in Orlando, FL, is a civil, environmental and water resource engineer.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 865 certified businesses.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
