The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and its volunteer ‘Mask Force,’ including MTA board members and local elected officials, will distribute free masks to customers throughout the MTA service region today, Thursday, April 22. MTA executives will include Chairman and CEO Patrick Foye and the heads of Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad.
Chairman Foye will be distributing limited edition masks in Queens.
Media will have the opportunity to make B-roll video of the Mask Force.
