Office of General Services Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 9 businesses were recently certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

• Kevin's Plumbing & Heating Inc., located in Amherst, NY, is a plumbing subcontractor.
• Continental Capitol Corp., located in Brooklyn, NY, is a window and door manufacturer.
• GeoScience LLC, located in Jamestown, NY, provides conservation and construction services.
• Lyons and Son, located in Catskill, NY, specializes in excavation and utility construction.
• Cybercare Enterprises Inc., located in Brooklyn, NY, specializes in vertical construction.
• VOSX Group LLC, located in Trenton, NJ, provides executive coaching.
• Core One G Inc., located in Ronkomkoma, NY, is a site preparation contractor.
• Integrity-The LA Group Joint Venture LLC, located in Martinsburg, VA, specializes in civil engineering and land planning management.
• Empire Services LLC, located in Fresh Meadows, NY, provides construction management.

The Division was created in May 2014 with the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 1025 certified businesses. 

The Act promotes and encourages participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
