New York Lottery Announces Winning TAKE 5 Ticket Sold in Fredonia |

FREDONIA, N.Y. – The New York Lottery today announced a top prize winning ticket for the May 8 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at the Fredonia Food Mart at 33 Temple Street in Fredonia. The ticket is worth $17,294. Three other top prize winning tickets, each worth $17,294, were also sold in Brooklyn, Nyack in Rockland County and Jackson Heights, Queens. In addition to the $17,294 top prize for the May 8 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 220 players each purchased $471.50 winning tickets by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. The winning numbers for the May 8 TAKE 5 drawing were 08-22-23-29-36. The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing. The winners may claim the ticket at Hamburg Gaming at the Fairgrounds at 5820 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, NY 14075 or at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Buffalo office at 165 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14203.
