DEC to Mark 21st Successful Year of State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and local officials will celebrate another successful year of the State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) during a visit to The Rails, a mixed-use apartment complex in the city of Buffalo, Erie County, which was cleaned up and redeveloped through the BCP.  The event will also spotlight the reauthorization of the State Superfund Program in Governor Kathy Hochul’s Executive Budget to help sustain efforts to address environmental contamination in communities statewide.

When: Thurs., Feb. 13, at 10 a.m.
