May 3, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Office for People with Developmental Disabilties- NYC Office, Activities Center, 75 Morton Street, New York, NY 10014 

New York State Office of Mental Health Acting Commissioner Kristin Woodlock, RN, MPA, and lead agency staff will be touring the State to get input from you on the concept and design of OMH Regional Centers of Excellence. The Office of Mental Health would like to hear your thoughts about design elements we should consider in these Regional Centers of Excellence.

Due to seating capacity limitations at each site, registration is highly recommended as we will seat registered attendees first. Walk-in attendees will be seated as space permits.
