Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the following 31 businesses were recently certified by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development.
The newly certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) are:
- Golonka Enterprises, located in Lake View, N.Y., is a residential remodeling company.
- C and D Cleaning Services, located in Mount Sinai, N.Y., provides commercial and residential cleaning services.
- AmeriDyn GCS, located in New York City, specializes in government contracting and general procurement.
- High Peaks Construction Management, located in Queensbury, N.Y., is a construction management company.
- Dead Calm Seas Marine Servies, located in St. Louis, Mo., specializes in commercial diving.
- West Point Engineers, located in Louisville, Ky., provides engineering services.
- Cormorant Solutions, located in Honeoye Falls, N.Y., specializes in rapid software development and launch.
- Boss Mamas, located in New York City, provides executive coaching, facilitation, consulting, and training.
- Aldevra, located in Kalamazoo, Mich., is a commercial food service equipment, medical equipment, construction project management, and professional services company.
- Advanced Environmental Resources, located in Westfield, N.Y., specializes in utility work.
- USA Medlog, located in Long Island City, N.Y., provides medical logistics services, including medical supplies, logistics/warehouse, and IT services related to medical software.

- Nexabuild, located in Floral Park, N.Y., specializes in residential and commercial building construction.
- Vertex Industries, located in Oakdale, N.Y., is a flooring contractor.
- B&C Infrastructure Strategy and Consulting, located in Camarillo, Calif., provides administrative management and general management consulting services.

- Westchester Tractor, located in Brewster, N.Y., rents and leases construction, mining, and forestry machinery and equipment.
- Sargent’s Welding & Repair, located in Stroudsburg, Pa., is a welding contractor.
- Can-Am Cross Dock & Distribution, located in Lewiston, N.Y., specializes in freight transportation.
- Centurion Solutions, located in Bryan, Texas, provides specialized consulting services for risk management and risk mitigation services related to safety, security, and disaster preparedness.

- JZ Haul Services, located in Attica, N.Y., is an interstate freight carrier.
The OGS Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development was created in May 2014 through the enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. There are 1,272 certified businesses.
The Act promotes and encourages the participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services, and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
