LAKE PLACID, N.Y. (June 20, 2013) --- USA Hockey will name its 2013-’14 women’s national team during a press conference to be held Monday, June 24, at 11:15 a.m., in Lake Placid, N.Y.  This week, 41 of the nation’s best players have been participating in a national team selection camp, vying for spots on the national team that will train together and participate in various competitions in the build-up to the 2014 Olympic Winter Games. Practices and scrimmages will continue through Sunday, June 23, in the Herb Brooks Arena 1980 Rink.

WHEN:           USA Hockey will announce its women’s national team during a press conference scheduled for Monday, June 24, at 11 a.m.

The U.S. Women’s National Team Selection Camp continues through Sunday, June 23, with scrimmages scheduled for today, Thursday, June 20; Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23. All scrimmages begin at 4 p.m. ET.  All scrimmages and practices will be held in Herb Brooks Arena 1980 Rink. Scrimmages will be open to media and public.
